Areas of Body Directly Affected: Eyes
Symptoms: Headache or Blurred Vision.
Treatment: Conventional treatments include correction with glasses or contacts. Surgical options available include Astigmatic Keratotomy (AK, a variant of the commonly-known Radial Keratotomy (RK)). Self-treatment options include Orthokeratology, a process in which the curvature of the cornea is reshaped through a series of contact lenses.
